Returns & Replacements
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.) An additional 10% restocking fee will be deducted from a refund of an order.
The returned products must include the products in question, accompanying documentation, associated gifts, invoices, shipping documentation and all other associated documentation and materials. They should be returned in the original packaging such as boxes, bags etc. If any item is missing the company may deduct any necessary expenses from the refund amount.
- Please do not return the products before contacting us.
- If the products in question are problem free then you must cover the cost of shipping.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Please wait for us to respond before sending the item back to us.
If the products have been damaged in transit, please do one of the followings where applicable:
1. Refuse the delivery at the time of the delivery attempt.
2. Report the damage to us within three days of receiving the parcel by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the damage(s) and photo(s) of the product. We will get back to you within 2 business days of receiving the claim.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you’ve received an incorrect item or found any item missed out of your package, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email. DO NOT open the incorrect item. If the seal or security sticker has been broken, the product cannot be returned.
