In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 2-8 business days after the order is confirmed.


If the carrier is unable to deliver the package to you, you can either have us re-attempt shipment or you can cancel the order. In both cases you will be charged for all shipping fees.


Although we stock high level of inventory, we do run out of stock on products from time to time. If an order consists of a single item that is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you the option to wait for the item to arrive or refund the purchase price of the out-of-stock item. If an order consists of several items, all in-stock items will ship first. The out-of-stock item(s) will be placed on back order to be shipped as soon as it is available with no additional shipping charge.


  • Shipping and handling costs do not include export taxes, duties, or any other fees imposed by the carriers or customs. Those fees are to be full responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please note on packages exceeding the value of US$500.00 will require a signature on delivery.
  • Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, customs issues, damaged shipments, and warranty issues, we do not allow shipping to freight forwarding services. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipped to freight forwarders/holders without notice. Any order shipped to freight forwarding or holding facility will not be eligible for any support.
